Minute Cinema is a changing video program. During this time, the main gallery space of the venue will be transformed into a comfortable seating environment specially designed for viewing video.

Three curators, Dong Bingfeng, Teresa Kwong and Amy Cheng, have been invited to curate a 60-minute program of moving images. Each of the programs will be presented for two weeks.

The curators are invited to draw on their specific areas of interest and expertise to encompass artists' film, video and animation, from each of their home cities.

The China Program involves the work of artists such as Zhao Liang, Cao Fei, Yang Fudong and Jun Yang.

The topic People's Park starts by focusing on the history of the People's Park in Chengdu, Sichuan province, and goes on by exploring the many people's parks throughout China.

Dates: Exhibition till June 9; late-night screening May 17 and 31

Venue: Chinese Arts Center, Manchester
