Documentary short film shows China's development via television

BEIJING - A short documentary highlighting China's achievements in television since the 18th Communist Party of China National Congress in 2012 will be aired starting from Wednesday.
The short film, named "Inflaming Dreams: China on Screen," runs for 10 minutes and covers 54 documentaries, 16 TV series and three variety shows, said the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT).
The film is divided into three chapters. The first displays the Chinese people's fight to achieve national liberation; the second describes how the Chinese build their country and create a beautiful life; and the third highlights the theme that the Chinese dream belongs to every single Chinese, according to the SAPPRFT.
