Four vice premiers endorsed by national legislature

BEIJING - Han Zheng, Sun Chunlan, Hu Chunhua and Liu He were endorsed as vice premiers at the ongoing annual session of the 13th National People's Congress Monday.
Han Zheng, born in April 1954, is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau. He was secretary of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee from 2012 to 2017.
Sun Chunlan, born in May 1950, is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. She was secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee from 2009 to 2012, and secretary of the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee from 2012 to 2014. She was head of the CPC Central Committee's United Front Work Department from 2014 to 2017.
Hu Chunhua, born in April 1963, is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. He was secretary of the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee from 2009 to 2012, and secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee from 2012 to 2017.
Liu He, born in January 1952, is a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and general office director of the Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs. He was deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission from 2013 to 2018.
