A dozen of State-owned enterprises of the Shanghai delegation to the China International Import Expo signed 17 trading agreements on Wednesday witnessed by the city's Party secretary Li Qiang and Mayor Ying Yong.

The agreements, which involve 12 local SOEs, such as SAIC Motor, Huahong Group, Shanghai Electric Group, Huayi Group, Bright Food (Group) Co, Donghao Lansheng Group and Bank of Shanghai, feature cooperation in the fields including advanced manufacturing, modern service and some strategic emerging industries.

The Shanghai delegation's SOE sub-group composed of more than 3,500 company buyers is estimated to sign over 100 trading agreements in the fields of intelligent high-end equipment, medical and healthcare, auto parts, food and agricultural products, and service trade.
