Modern-day movies in the line-up include Lars von Trier's Melancholia (2005), Niels Arden Oplev's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009) and Icelandic director Grímur Hákonarson's Rams (2015), winner of Un Certain Regard at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
