Police handed control of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University campus to the school's management on Friday after officers finished their investigation and removed thousands of dangerous items that radical protesters had left behind.
For the time being, the campus will be open only to those authorized by the university because of safety concerns and ongoing repair work, PolyU officials said.
