The eastern coastal city of Qingdao in Shandong province will hold "Israel Week" from June 13 to 19.

During the event, Israel's high-quality innovators will gather in Qingdao, to seek cooperation opportunities with Qingdao enterprises in the fields such as agriculture, medical care, and advanced technology.

The event will be hosted via both online and offline channels. A series of activities covering industry match-makings, economic and trade forums and cultural exchanges will be held.

According to organizers, the Israeli Ambassador to China, the Chinese Ambassador to Israel and Qingdao government leaders will attend the launch ceremony and deliver speeches online.

Officials from Qingdao and Israel will also promote businesses at the launch ceremony.

A number of leading Israeli agricultural enterprises will participate in the agricultural science and technology exchange meeting, which will further strengthen the mutual communication in the agricultural field and promote the development of advanced agricultural technology in Qingdao.

An exchange meeting on smart medical care will also be held.

The China (Qingdao) - Israel Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum will be held in Shibei district on June 14 to enhance mutual understanding and boost cooperation.
