"One country, two systems" and the people of Hong Kong governing Hong Kong with a high degree of autonomy are the best arrangements to ensure Hong Kong's long-term stability. Safeguarding the interests of our country is also safeguarding the interests of Hong Kong, said Chris Tang Ping-keung, Secretary for Security of HKSAR.
