Eco Forum Global concludes with fruitful results


GUIYANG -- China's only national-level global forum themed on ecological civilization, Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023, concluded on Sunday in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
During the forum, the China Meteorological Administration issued a blue paper on climate change, which analyzes new climate trends in China, Asia and around the globe.
The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) held the award ceremony for 13 natural reserves in China that were placed on its green list.
The forum attracted more than 3,200 participants from 42 countries and regions, and 14 consensus were reached on ecological civilization construction and green development.
The forum, from Saturday to Sunday, focused on seeking the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and promoting green and low-carbon development.
