Currently, Shanghai boasts 16 permanent ice rinks, 51 indoor skiing venues, and over 40 ice and snow clubs. Participation in ice and snow sports has risen to 4.52 million visits.
To boost sports consumption, Shanghai partnered with Meituan to launch a four-week sports voucher program. A total of 6 million yuan in fitness coupons, plus 6 million yuan in platform subsidies, are available at nearly 10,000 venues citywide via the Meituan app.
