30 days to CIFIT: Countdown to 25th edition

The China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, is held annually from Sept 8 to 11 in Xiamen, Fujian province.

CIFIT is a national-level exhibition which provides three major function: two-way investment promotion, authoritative information release, and investment trend discussions. It has grown into one of the world's most influential international investment fairs.

Since its inception, the CIFIT has facilitated the signing of agreements on over 30,000 projects, channeled more than $400 billion in investment into the Chinese market, and helped numerous Chinese enterprises expand globally.

During the 24th CIFIT, agreements a total of 688 cooperative projects were signed. The event attracted participants from 120 countries and regions, 18 international organizations, over 1,000 government agencies and business delegations from home and abroad, and nearly 80,000 attendees, including investors and entrepreneurs.

This year's CIFIT will focus on three key sectors: "Invest in China", "Chinese Investment", and "Global Investment". The event will bring together key countries, international organizations, and professional institutions, as well as Chinese government agencies, financial institutions, local governments, and business associations for a series of targeted and specialized investment promotion activities.

With a planned exhibition area of 120,000 square meters, the fair will feature over 60 thematic investment promotion events, along with more than 100 small-scale roadshows, presentations, and matchmaking sessions. Delegations from nearly 100 countries and international organizations have confirmed attendance, with an expected 80,000 business participants and exhibitors.
