The university is implementing Shanghai's action plan for the high-quality development of elderly education by extending learning to real-life scenarios. It has co-built study bases with the Shanghai Natural History Museum and Viking Cruises, allowing students to learn while visiting museums. It has also partnered with food firms and coffee spaces like One Step Garden for specialty courses and introduced health lectures by local medical firms covering practical wellness tips.
