"We are working on a policy proposal that those people who retire from manufacturing enterprises can take part in social services in their communities after receiving certain training. Men aged 50 to 65 can do some volunteer gardening work for the nursing home, and women of that age can do some cooking, washing and cleaning for the older age groups. How good that will be if this proposal is put into effect!"
