According to China's Frontier Health and Quarantine Law, the bulletin requested passengers arriving from Liberia, the site of arecent cholera outbreak which has killed at least six people and infected hundreds of others, to report any symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea before entering Chinese territory.

Carriers or suspected carriers of the disease arriving in Chinashould be isolated, said the bulletin.
