The program will take effect in more than 27 provinces of China on Aug. 18. EMS mail will reach households faster, but the price won't be increased.

Ma Junsheng, deputy director of the State Post Bureau, told a news conference here Tuesday that China Post is devoted to improving its facilities to provide high-quality service to clients.

China Post has also set up its international mail delivery business and regional service in the Yangtze River delta, Pearl- river delta and Bohai area, said Ma.

The "All Night Flight" program will improve the competitiveness of China's EMS business in the world, said an unidentified expert.
