'一考定終身'制度將改變

The old practice of "determining a student's fate by one entrance exam" will be changed to promote quality education and innovation, according to a national education plan for the next decade published Thursday, Xinhua reported. "The Outline of China's National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020)" said the strategic goals to be attained by 2020 are to modernize education; shape a learning society; and turn China into a country rich in human resources.

據(jù)新華社報道，《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》29日公布。綱要指出要克服一考定終身的弊端，推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育實(shí)施和創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)。綱要提出的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是：到2020年，中國基本實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化，基本形成學(xué)習(xí)型社會，進(jìn)入人力資源強(qiáng)國行列。
