非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)法

Intangible Cultural Heritage Law came into force in 2011.
《中華人民共和國非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)法》于2011年生效。

The law aims to inherit and carry forward the brilliant traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and to promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and strengthen the protection and preservation of intangible cultural heritage (ICH).
該法律旨在繼承和弘揚中華民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化，促進社會主義精神文明建設，加強非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護、保存工作。

It puts forward "two principles" in ICH protection. The protection should focus on the authenticity, completeness and inheritance; should help strengthen the recognition of Chinese cultures, maintain the country's unification and ethnic unity and promote social harmony and sustainable development.
該法提出了保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的兩條原則。保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，應當注重其真實性、整體性和傳承性，有利于增強中華民族的文化認同，有利于維護國家統(tǒng)一和民族團結，有利于促進社會和諧和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
