President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered a speech during a conference to mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Friday morning.

4日上午，紀(jì)念馬克思誕辰200周年大會(huì)在北京人民大會(huì)堂隆重舉行。中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在大會(huì)上發(fā)表重要講話。

With noble ideals and no fear of difficulties and adversities, throughout his lifetime, Marx devoted himself to perseverantly striving for the liberation of humanity, scaling the peak of thoughts in his pursuit of truth, and the unremitting fight to overturn the old world and establish a new one, according to Xi.

習(xí)近平說(shuō)，馬克思的一生，是胸懷崇高理想、為人類(lèi)解放不懈奮斗的一生；馬克思的一生，是不畏艱難險(xiǎn)阻、為追求真理而勇攀思想高峰的一生；馬克思的一生，是為推翻舊世界、建立新世界而不息戰(zhàn)斗的一生。

習(xí)近平說(shuō)，馬克思主義是科學(xué)的理論，創(chuàng)造性地揭示了人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律；馬克思主義是人民的理論，第一次創(chuàng)立了人民實(shí)現(xiàn)自身解放的思想體系；馬克思主義是實(shí)踐的理論，指引著人民改造世界的行動(dòng)；馬克思主義是不斷發(fā)展的開(kāi)放的理論，始終站在時(shí)代前沿(Marxism is a constantly developing theory and always stands at the forefront of the times)。

這次研究將分析重大出生缺陷發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素(analyze risk factors for major birth defects)，應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘篩選致畸因子(use big data technology to single out factors that may cause birth defects)，比如環(huán)境、遺傳、慢性病等(such as environment, heritage and chronic diseases)，并建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)(establish a risk evaluation system)。

目前預(yù)計(jì)，標(biāo)本庫(kù)中將存入的標(biāo)本至少會(huì)超過(guò)100萬(wàn)，數(shù)量龐大，未來(lái)，這個(gè)標(biāo)本庫(kù)將會(huì)是國(guó)際合作、開(kāi)放共享的(all the samples will be open for sharing with international communities for cooperation)。
