“信息犯罪”怎么說？

據(jù)公安部網(wǎng)站消息，中國信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事件發(fā)生比例連續(xù)三年呈上升趨勢。安全事件的主要類型包括：感染計算機(jī)病毒，收到垃圾電子郵件，遭到網(wǎng)絡(luò)掃描、攻擊和網(wǎng)頁篡改等。那么，利用計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為平臺實施的“信息犯罪”怎么說呢？

China has encountered a rising Internet security problem mainly triggered by a growing number of computer virus writers, hackers and illegal traders.
Despite the public security agencies' escalating actions against online theft and fraud, anti-virus professionals said the situation is not "entirely optimistic".
They believed the turning point could come with the introduction of legislation on cyber crime and the protection of virtual property.
報道中說，中國信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全事件頻發(fā)，如病毒感染，黑客攻擊，非法網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易等，雖然網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全監(jiān)管部門加大了管理力度，反病毒專家分析稱目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全狀況仍不容樂觀，建議進(jìn)一步立法打擊信息犯罪并建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)財產(chǎn)保護(hù)制度。
這里，“cyber crime” 就是“信息犯罪”，又稱“網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪”。
