酒后犯罪的人屢教不改怎么辦？英國(guó)倫敦今年推出的一個(gè)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目值得借鑒：他們學(xué)習(xí)美國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為屢次酒后犯罪的人佩戴監(jiān)控腳環(huán)，只要他再喝酒，腳環(huán)就會(huì)發(fā)出警報(bào)告知假釋官，犯罪分子就得因此重回監(jiān)獄。

The "sobriety tags", to be worn around the clock, will enforce abstinence by measuring a person's perspiration every 30 minutes and testing to see if it contains alcohol.
這種“醒酒腳環(huán)”將24小時(shí)佩戴，每半小時(shí)對(duì)佩戴者的汗液進(jìn)行酒精測(cè)試以對(duì)其進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制戒酒。
If any trace is found, an alert will be sent to the offender's probation officer and they can then be recalled to court, where they may be resentenced or face sanctions such as a fine.
