On August 10th, 2007, Mr. Li Jiange, Vice President of DRC, met with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) delegation headed by its Chief Economist Mr. Ifzal Ali. Mr. Ali briefed Mr. Li about an ongoing ADB-sponsored research program on poverty reduction in Asia. The two sides also exchanged views on building a harmonious society, reducing regional and income gaps and food and drug safety.
