| The water purification wetland park is located along Wusong River in Huaqiao. |
Huaqiao Wusong Riverside Wetland Park is a water purification park, covering an area of 40 hectares. The phase 1 project has already been completed.
Based on a narrow beach wetland, the park built a 2-kilometer-long inland wetland, which generated an ecological water purification system. Water from Wusong River is pumped into the inland wetland from the north. After filtering, sedimentation, aeration, and purification through soil, plants and microorganisms, it flows back to Wusong River.
The wetland park improves water quality and creates a beautiful living and recreational environment for residents in Huaqiao.
