Italy works with Chongqing in logistics

Italy was a guest of honor at the second China (Chongqing) International Logistics Exhibition in Liangjiang New Area on Nov 6,liangjiang.gov.cn reported.
BCUBE Co, an Italian logistics company, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Municipal Economic and Trade Commission in late October.
Based on the agreement, Chongqing will support BCUBE with its international logistics business while BCUBE will open a logistics center in Chongqing.
Sergio Maffettone, Italian Consul-General in Chongqing noted that Chongqing has all always been an important friend for Italy. Thanks to the Yuxinou (Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe) Railroad, exchanges between the two cities are even closer than before.
He said that BCUBE signed the cooperation agreement hoping to ship red wine and automobiles to Chongqing through the Yuxinou Railroad, and then distribute to other places in China.
Italy hopes to make Chongqing a distribution center for its exports.
