The first solar eclipse this year will take place around Thursday noon, and people in parts of Hainan, Guangdong, Fujian and Taiwan provinces can see partial eclipse around 12:30 pm, according to the Beijing Planetarium.

This eclipse will sweep across the Indian Ocean and Oceania, ending in the Pacific Ocean. The whole process will feature annular eclipse and total eclipse.
