Nearly 800 experts from China and abroad have convened in Tianjin's Binhai New Area this week for the third Cyberspace Security (Tianjin) Forum.

Li Hui, an academician of the United States' National Academy of Artificial Intelligence, proposed a future network architecture built on decentralization, multiple identifiers, and heterogeneity. He said such a framework would support multilateral governance and multi-identifier systems, helping nations to jointly build a legally secure and peaceful cyberspace.

In addition to the main forum, the event also featured five thematic forums, alongside the sixth International Anti-Virus Conference and the third Cybersecurity Competition.

Wei Qianqian contributed to this story.
